Cancellation Policy

LATE POLICY: Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled as it interferes with the clients scheduled after you. Also if you know you are running late please communicate that with me, thank you. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations will result in being unable to book future appointments.
